Event Terms and Conditions:

1. Advance tickets are limited in quantity and on sale for limited period only. Door-sale ticket price will apply upon sold out of Pre-sale tickets. Ticket bookings are not guaranteed until payment is settled.

2. Presale Promo Packages are available in limited quantity and for reservations until 1st October 2010 9PM, reservations are not guaranteed until payment is settled.

3. Direct RSVP can be made via MIST CLUB, Online RSVP can be made via klubbers.net, RSVP is not guaranteed until payment is settled.

4. Minimum age to enter the venue is 21 and proof of age by photo identity document is required for verification before entry is permitted.

5. The Organizers, Venue Owners, their agents and employees shall not be liable for any death, personal injury (unless such death or personal injury was caused by the negligence of The Organizers, Venue Owner or their agents and employees), loss or damage however caused while in the venue nor are they liable for any postponement of event, shows and/or performances.

6. Visitor voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event, including any death, personal injury, loss, damage and liability.

7. The Venue Owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any person.

8. Strictly no drugs, illegal contraband or weapons of any kind allowed.

9. The visitor agrees to submit to any search for contraband or prohibited items but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances. Any person found in possession or consuming such items will be handed over to the police.

10. No food or beverages purchased outside are allowed to be brought in to the venue.

11. No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the event unless otherwise stated by the Organizers. Any person found in possession of such equipment will be banned from the venue and all films, tapes and any other recording materials, digital or analogue, will be confiscated.

12. The Organizers may add, withdraw or substitute artistes and / or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

13. The Organizers may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond their reasonable control.

14. Admission to the venue constitutes the agreement and consent of the visitor to be photographed, filmed, videotaped or otherwise recorded in connection with the event. It also constitutes the agreement and consent of the visitor that his or her name, voice and likeness may be broadcasted, distributed or displayed in connection with any programme created from the event without compensation being paid to the visitor.

15. The visitor agrees to follow directions given by authorised personnel of Venue Owner and/or Organizers.
